This was the theme of the 2nd Annual
Servants Retreat held at the Maumee Bay Resort in Toledo, Ohio on October 29
-31, 2004. His Grace Bishop Angaelos, General Bishop at the
Coptic Orthodox
Church Centre in Stevenage, United Kingdom, was invited to lecture the Sunday
School Servants. Also participating were Fr. Mikhail Mikhail & Fr. Marcos Ghali
of St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church of Cleveland, Ohio, and Fr. Maximos Habib of
St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church of Detroit, Michigan.

The retreat
was held at the beautiful Maumee Bay Resort in Toledo, Ohio. |

On Friday,
October 29, Dr. Mikhail Malek of
St. Demiana Coptic Orthodox Church of San Diego, California, gave a workshop
entitled "Preparing Sunday School Lessons"

Fr. Maximos
Habib, Fr. Mikhail Mikhail and Fr. Marcos Ghali held an open question and
answer session on Friday night, October 29. |
|
|
On Saturday,
October 30, Fr. Mikhail, Fr. Maximos and Fr. Marcos led the retreat
participants in the Holy Divine Liturgy. |

Maria Khalil
& Mariam Elraheb of St. George Coptic Orthodox Church of Toledo, Ohio, lead
the retreat participants in singing hymns. |

October 30, Dr. Emad Mossad of
St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church of Cleveland, Ohio, gave a workshop entitled
"The Sunday School Teacher - Beyond the Classroom"�

On Saturday,
October 30, Joe Mina Khalil & Matthew Massoud of St. George Coptic Orthodox
Church of Toledo, Ohio, gave a
workshop entitled "Recommended Books & Internet Resources for the Sunday
School Servant" |

On Saturday, October 30,
Fr. Mikhail, Fr. Maximos and Fr. Marcos led the retreat participants in the
Vespers Service. |
|
�
|
On Sunday,
October 31, His Grace Bishop Angaelos and Fr. Marcos led the retreat
participants in the Holy Divine Liturgy. |
�
�
On Sunday,
October 31, after the retreat, His Grace Bishop Angaelos went to Cleveland
to meet with the Youth Group at the church.
